My highest level of praise - remarkable service and support. And his communication and billing is as modern as can be. I have a 20 yr old hot tub; only serviced by the best. But the few best had either moved on or away. Spencer was recommended to me. I called on a weekend, and expectedly it went to voicemail. He promptly returned the call next business day and scheduled an appointment. He sent me a calendar entry, and just the right amount of reminders. He arrived within the 30 minute window he set; was fully prepared; and dug in to identify my leak. He found a big one, a split hub connection broke in half he fixed that but was equally careful to look for more issues as the spa had failed 6 months ago, low water. He found no other issues. To be sure: he did a full electrical check to confirm items were working as intended. Also took the extra step to verify the pumps and heater working by verifying pumps, bubbler and heater working. Very thorough. He is so good, I hired him to clean the tub (was empty all winter), get me a new filter, tub cover and he’ll be doing r/r on my tub exterior. To be clear: I have very high expectations - all met and then some. If you have a hot tub, spa, pool, or related renovation needs - Spencer should be your first call. You will not be disappointed.
